I am a trained birth doula, and I believe deeply in the importance of positive birth experiences. I have been blessed with my own two beautiful, empowered births to my wonderful children. Those experiences have affected me greatly- as a mother and as a person.
I want every birther to have their own positive, empowering experience. It is the start of a parenting journey, a moment of incredible power, and it deserves to be protected.

Birth Education
I offer comprehensive childbirth education in group or private sessions. I also offer sessions specifically on natural pain management and the evidence on inducing labor naturally and helping labor progress naturally.
Birth Photogrophy
I offer light birth photography as a compliment to my services as a birth doula.
Birth Doula
I am a trained birth doula. I offer support during pregnancy and labor for you and your partner. I specifically specialize in natural pain relief during labor and working with you to ensure you are in power over your own experience no matter where you choose to birth.
